This approach enables teams to address root causes instead of relying on superficial tactics, leading to actionable steps that drive real behavioral change and support desired outcomes.
Throughout this process, the team develops deeper trust, rapport, and psychological safety along the way. And they have fun doing it. By fostering an environment of open communication and continuous improvement, Chris helps teams unlock their full potential and achieve sustainable, long-term success.

ABOUT
CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP FOR TEAMS
As a team transformation specialist, I believe that feeling stuck, confused, or even frustrated as a team is a gift. It's a signal that your organization is evolving and needs something different from the world than it did before. This is not a bad thing.
Yet what that new direction is may seem just out of grasp... sometimes you just can't make it out collectively. It's often a sign your team has likely already tried many strategies to move forward, yet none of them worked the way you had hoped. And this is good news. You've reached the end of what-you-can-figure-out on your own. This is the jumping off place. The place from where your team will discover new competencies, new purpose, new fulfillment, new connections, and new ways of expressing yourselves - to match and support not the organization you used to be, but the one you are today, and the one you are becoming.
I've guided many teams through this journey of transformation. The biggest lesson I've learned is that no team has to navigate this change alone. I'll work with you as we explore together new ways of making sense of your organizational world, new behaviors, beliefs, and actions that will create the team dynamic and results you'd prefer to have. You'll experience improved relationships within the team, with other departments, and with external stakeholders. And most importantly, an improved and growing relationship with your collective identity and purpose.

I value revealing what's here in the present moment, and trusting that there is deep wisdom in what arises between us in our sessions. I approach what emerges with a sense of curiosity, exploration, and openness.
While deeply honoring what's served your team in the past, I'll challenge assumptions you may be unaware that you're holding collectively, and share insights I'm seeing that might be below your team's level of awareness. CULTURE OF FEEDBACK
A straightforward feedback framework can be incredibly valuable. However, even when we understand the process, obstacles often prevent us from putting it into practice. To harness the power of giving and receiving feedback effectively, we must address the underlying issues that hinder our ability to apply what we already know.
By identifying potential barriers rather than solely focusing on the feedback model itself, we can concentrate our efforts on overcoming these obstacles. This approach truly unlocks the flow of information within our teams, which is essential for both personal professional development and achieving our collective goals and shared mission.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY
This session offers a hands-on approach to building psychological safety within teams, focusing on practical tools and behaviors rather than theoretical concepts. Participants will engage in interactive exercises designed to foster open communication, risk-taking, and mutual support. The session covers key elements of the 'Relational OS for Psychological Safety', including effective listening and assumption checking, through group activities and pair exercises. By experiencing the benefits of psychological safety firsthand, attendees will gain actionable strategies to implement in their daily team interactions, ultimately enhancing team performance and leveraging the power of diversity to achieve shared goals.

CONSCIOUS TEAM CHARTERS
What if we gave each other the answers to the test before waiting 3 to 6 months to inevitably find out the hard way? By proactively defining how we’ll work together, we can eliminate 6 months of bumping against each other to discover what we could have known in the first place. Common themes are how we do feedback, how we do conflict, how we hold each other to account, how we have difficult conversations, how we celebrate each other, and how we offer contrary opinions. Charter workshops always result in an artifact that captures the co-created team norm, which is then revisited 30, 60, 90 days out for assessment and refinement.
And.... it's never too late to begin again. Conscious Team Charters are a great way to reset a team culuture when conflicts arise, trust is lost, or a significant change has occured.
